🧍 Who I am

My name is Amin. I started this work as a teenager and spent years trying to understand myself. I lived in different countries, explored therapy, coaching, psychedelics, strict routines, and simple living in nature. I have ADHD and tend to experience life intensely. I’m practical, curious, and determined.

I’ve worked through my own challenges over the years: overeating, impulsive patterns, addictive behavior, shyness, and wanting approval from everyone. I don’t write as an expert above anyone. I write as someone who has lived through these things and keeps learning.
